Free standard shipping on orders over $49, so go ahead and order as much as you want and you won't pay any extra! Free shipping applies for all rural deliveries as well!
For all orders under $49, the shipping rate is $6.00.
Standard shipping: For New Zealand addresses, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Mon-Fri, after receiving your order confirmation email. They are all processed and shipped out of Auckland. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping should be expected in 1 - 3 business days (+ extra day for rural postcodes), we do not provide international shipping for now. Note that these delivery times may vary during high-volume delivery periods such as Christmas.

How to check if my order has been delivered?

Return & Exchange Policy
Refund
Our product quality is important to us. While we do our best to check the quality of our products, we understand some things may be beyond our control. Should you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item please email us a photo and a brief explanation, once your claim has been approved, we will arrange for a free delivery replacement or a full refund if we cannot supply the same item.
Please return items in their original condition and their original packaging, with proof of purchase. If goods are damaged in return because of inadequate packaging no refund will be made. We will not cover damage from the recipient due to lack of care, modification, or adjustment to the product.
Note: Claims will not be considered after 7 days of receipt of the product.

Exchange
If on receipt of those goods you wish to change your mind then contact us immediately to get an agreement on a right to exchange. The product must not have been used and be in its original packaging. All return and exchange courier costs will be your responsibility and care.
